Outdoor Folding Tables Can Be Attractive Too!
I don’t know when the folding aluminum table was invented, but it was surely a boon for everyone who’d ever eaten outside before that. Not that spreading a blanket on the ground isn’t fine and dandy, but there’s ants, dew, uneven ground, dogs… A way to keep my eats and the eaters alike from getting too close to nature was a brilliant idea.
Outdoor folding tables are beneficial to backyard parties, park picnics, camping, and tailgating parties alike. Being portable, they can go anywhere and whether I’m taking advantage of something like the Personal Table that works perfectly for one, or the Fiesta Table that comes with its own cupholders – another terrific invention – they fold up nearly flat, meaning that they can be loaded into the car without overcrowding it.
Outdoor folding tables, especially folding aluminum tables, are also light. This means that pretty much anyone, even my 10 year old son, can carry everything from the Excelsior Table – with cupholder! – to the 5’ folding aluminum table with ease. There’s very little point in a “portable” table that requires more people to carry than can be seated around it. An added benefit is that adding to my comfort doesn’t lower my gas mileage.
Most campers and RVs come with some form of table inside, but part of the joy of that kind of travel is getting to eat outside and watching the scenery. While many campgrounds have permanent tables, this isn’t a guarantee. Not to mention that with these outdoor folding tables being so easy to clean, I don’t have to worry about sterilizing the surface before I eat or anyone else eats.
